Reduce transfer of induced torque on deepwater subsea deployments
MoorLink’s low friction installation swivels are designed to be used to reduce transfer of induced torque from an installation wire into the installed object, which could be subsea equipment, preset mooring systems etc. The low friction roller bearing system is controlled by pressure compensated pistons maintaining the same pressure at all depths. All MoorLink low friction swivels are approved by the certifying authorities. See drawings and type examples listed below.
